Today is the NDP rehearsal.

its like years i have cramps. only when the very first menses i got in my life den did i have severe cramps. but i think it is coming back to me.
Today is a rainy day. but still have to have rehearsals.
well, i fall out due to the cramp. walk over to marina sq to get my medication.
it onli get better in the evening.
today is Jing Wei Dragon and Lion Dance Troupe 6th anniversary as well as United Dragon and Lion Dance Troupe 16th anniversary. thus they have their anniversary celebration at Hougang CC. Congrats to my Buii
