i did it.

lasik surgery.... i dun have much photos to share for this.

but i have experience to share with you guys.

well, i did my surgery at gleneagles hospital. did by the medical director.
a very nice doctor i must say. the nurses there are nice as well..

before my ops, i did an 3 hour assessment for my cornea.
i have very thick cornea.hahah

after my assessment i book my day surgery to be on friday.
i was so so so anxious. very scared as well.

while waiting for my turn for the surgery, i saw a woman in great pain after her lasik. she complain that the pain is so bad that she couldnt open her eyes. i was even anxious by then.

heart was racing.. waiting for half an hour and tadaa it was my turn.
took a sedative which was very mild to calm myself down.
wear the operation robe and put on a hair cover. and wait for the doctor in the other room.

the girl in front of me was done. and the nurse call me to the other room for numbing my eye.

den i was brought into the operation theatre. it was very clean.
lie down on the bed and 3 bright lights are facing me. ask to look into the red light and the ops started.

my right eye first......
open my eyes big den they stick something like scotch-tape to keep it open. den use a metal clip to open wider. all the while looking at the red light. you are able to see wad is happen.

so the doctor took a small blade to like cut the cornea. and den place another tool onto my eye. adding in alittle pressure. and doctor told the nurse to on the suction

nurse: suction on.
after 2 sec, doc: suction off
nurse: suction off.
while doing the suction its all pitch black. cant see a thing.

after the tool was taken out. i can see already. but thats not over.
the doc took something like a toothpick to lift up a flap of my cornea. i can see clearly that something was being lift up. den the doc do the laser thingy to my eye. i can hear the noise of the laser and a burnt smell was there as well.....

after that the doc will place the cornea back nicely again........ and ta daaaa!!! done!!!

the doc proceed with the same procedure to the next eye.

the whole surgery i was so anxious. so scare. i grab hold of my shirt. hahahah.

but after the whole surgery, i didnt get much teary eye or so. every thing was perfect. luckily i didnt exp wad the woman exp........

went shopping with joyce...

indian chinese with nice features.

bought quite alot of things.

she bought even more. she bought a levis copper jeans. but i didnt see anything nice.
anyway shall wait for new year. den buy together with veronicaaaaaaa...

me tooo bought quite alot...

calvin klein new perfume. 2 pair of shoes. lingeries. dog tag. handbag.

the shoes from tinkletoes are real cheap. 19.90 before GST. how can i not buy!!!

buy 3 pairs for like 49.9 after GST. a pair is like 17.80 after GST. WOW!!!

cheap!!! i got 2 while joyce got 1 for herself.......

next month. i wanna buy more clothes!!!

cant wait to head there for a spree.

last week i was on course....

it was boring!!!! was playing around while learning to operate the systems we have in the police car.

share with u a place for good place and a real nice place for gathering as well.
the customer service is good. imagine the waitress will open the wet tissue for you when you are going to finish ur food. they will give you plum vinegar to improve ur digestion...... good place....

last week rehearsal was a shiong one.
have to carry the SAR 21 all the way.
this time round i was standing in the last row.
thus, ppl will take pics. as i was the onli girl in the last row if i am not wrong.
a photographer wanted to take one of my pictures while i was doing one of the hormat. but i smile.
he ask me not to. and faster take a quick one for me...
