today i am teaching u how to make yu sheng.....first get the ingredients from various supermarket=)
here u go......... slmon and various ingredients..... everything is inside the box...
next pour everything in the box into the bowl provided by them........... and prepare to cut salmon slices.... rem to add lime to the salmon to take away to fishy smell=)
that's alot of salmon right... hahahah.. so u continue to add in the things into the box....... as in the ingredients...
with all the crackers in........ rem to add in the sour plum sauce........... most import!!
with the ingredients and salmon all done... we are ready for our lo hei!!!!rem to say good things while adding various ingredients!!!!
