i am so angry with the HDB.NOTICE OF PARKING OFFENCE : GxxxxxxR

We refer to your email of 15 Dec 2008.
During our inspection at car park no: Y34 (Blks 606-631 Yishun St 61) on 3 Dec 2008 at 6:20pm, no valid season parking ticket or parking coupon was displayed on your vehicle no: SJB7484L, when the offence was committed.
We note from our records that you purchased a season parking ticket for Car Park No.Y34, on 3 Dec 2008 at 11:55pm. The season parking ticket is only effective from the date and time of purchase.
Our records show that your vehicle has previously been issued with a parking offence notice on 25 Apr 2008. We had already exercised flexibility and waived the notice.
As this is not your first offence, we therefore regret to inform you that we are unable to waive the parking offence notice. Please pay the composition fine stated in the notice within 10 (ten) days from the date of this email at any HDB branch office during office hours.
I bought my season parking for 3 dec till 31 jan. and this is wad i got. season parking start on the time i purchase. if this is so, on the 31 jan midnight i have to go HDB and queue for myseason parking? if i dunno how to use axs machine or giro. RIDICULOUS! even so, the office isnt open yet!!!
