sun soak sunday

Saturday was day for us to be soak under the sun.

we went to sentosa. the group of us was huge.
me.yong xiang.kim.xiaohei.huishan.alinna.jac.roy.rachel.eng hoe.

took yong xiang ride over. while kim took my car to office awhile.
it rained! so we sat in the air con area to rest and relax.
soon it stopped. and we played volleyball, frisby and captain ball!
fun~ and we left at 4 plus and it is going to rain again~
its very crowded. so again we girls bathed at the open shower. lol.

after that we went to golden mile for dinner. a steamboat cum zi char cum chicken rice restaurant.

after that some left and the rest of us change to robertson walk to catch the table tennis match between china and singapore for the gold medal.

in the end singapore failed to get their 1.5mil prize.

after this we have not ended our outing. we proceed on to orchid country club for bowling. i didnt bowl cos i guess i step on splinter. pain~

next week we are going to ubin~ healthy lifestyle yeah. hahah lol.

dragonfly agan~ today with another group
at first the group was big.
there's aldrin, ricky, jessica, dickson, kim,me,shuyun,heng, grace, lily & jaslyn

reached there at 10plus.
we went by the back door without cover charge=)
nearly caught by the waiter.
but i gave him lame excuses like went to the toilet. didnt know that door is for staff only. haah

so we waited and waited for tables. its was crowded.
guess 1 hour later den we got a table.
but some left at 0145 hours.
in the end left.
ricky me kim and lily.

den in the end ricky left at 0300hours.
den left the pathetic three. hahah

so we dance all the way till it close shop.
ahahah...

all of us is still wide awake with no kick of liquor.
although we order the canon type.

i dun think got any chance to go clubbing with the girls.
cos they dun like.... haiz.

my life is not like a ride on a roller coaster.

jus a small raft floating on the river go on and on, where the waves are bringing me to.
my raft will row till a point where it will stop to bring people into my raft.
and bring them to another point where they alight. And they will be out of my life.
or maybe they will appear in certain time but they wont stay long.


with my salary i am drawing now, its mostly to bills, bills and more bills.
so i guess i wont be doing much shopping nowadays. but money is still enough for me=)

getting bored of driving. rather take the public transport nowadays. maybe let of my ride in few years time to come?

this is the second time we went for a drink.
first time with all alphians but this time round we had new additions.

had eng hoe and kim as the new deltians who joined us. us as in me, jeremy, siak meng and yong xiang....
some didnt joined us... due to tireness after the NDP.

let me share about NDP. this is very diff from the rest.
we had steamboat for 3 hours!!!! from four plus till 7 plus!!!
very very full.. after that went to funan to look for the rest of the team.
HD came and jio for dinner. and off i went for food again!
i dragged yong xiang to join us as well... hahaahha... geting fat!!##



now our drinking session,
we went to our usual place. ANZ at chinatown. had beer for a starter. i hate beer.
so i had a mug and got jeremy to drank the rest for me.
the place closes at 2am. so we felt we have not had enough as we were there like 1230pm.



so we headed down to dragonfly! we couldnt get in as kim wore bermudas.
so yong xiang gt a good idea of us exchanging pants.

so ta daaa!!!! we town exchanged!!! my jeans on him and his bermudas on me!!


so off we went into dragonfly thru a back door without paying cover charges!! hahahahha

fun!!! so we danced and we sang. and some got emotional. well i wont say much on it. haaha. so we had 2 bottles of chivas........... still had half a bottle left.... we will be back there... hahaha.

great company with great drinks.

btw dragonfly is 1 hr live band and .5 hour of music. so the chance of dancing is not so much.......

the party ended at 5am............ tired!

in singapore we have lucky plaza... where filipino will gather to sing, gossip, talk and dance.

well in hk~ we have central open area as the filipino town~~
its shocking!!! they love to gather at places to talk and meetup.

but the place is so unexpected cause the buildings area are office towers!!!

finally i uploaded my hk trip fotos..
darn lot. so i cut short. hahahha....
let the fotos do the talking=) off to the airport~ airport has i-squeeze and bigfoot. for you to relax........
our second time to hk~ cathy pacific. our choice of flight.
arrival at hk. to have a short getaway. taking the airport express. ahead of us is an adventure.
in the hostel. this trip brought us very near to how a normal hongkie lives...........
small area... ugly building. but friendly attitude.
our adventure is meeting up a hongkie we got to know online to do a transaction for our online bidding for his van stuff. den we head over to an industrial area to a workshop for hiace(van). the food there is superb and ultra cheap compare to mong kok! that's my soya oil chicken and our all time favourite lemon tea!

we.... ops nono him studying the map.... on his adventure to look for his van stuff.... we spend our first day afternoon shopping for his stuff....

so at night is my turn!!! not much shopping.... but mong kok center is a good place for bargains and clothes. cos its somuch cheaper den ladies street!!! and variety is fabulous.
day 2!!! we are going to the wax museum at night. before that we are going to the sogo~~

hot temp!!! almost 40 deg for the 4 days!!! so hot compare to singapore! i still love singapore.











we had mac and kfc. cute cup from mac. and i love kfc rice!!!! no pic cos its too yummy to resist!!!
sky is turning dark...... so we head over to the peak...... oh my the walk is so tiring... climbing the mountain to reach the tram station!!! so this is the tram!which will bring us to the peak!

in the middle of the exhibition. there is a new exhibition that is SCREAM. u will go into the place which is scare you. like those in japan. actor and actress will scare you by dressing up and screaming. good try but not as scary as we thought.

we had xu liu shan for desserts~ mine has bird nest, mango, coconut and a mango sorbet in the bowl and mixed fruits in the other =) on promotion.
his jelly with extra mango. othe rthan this i had gui ling gao for desserts every night!!!! yum!!! good for skin~~

going off from hk~~ we check out at 12pm and we went to the airport and rot for 6 hours... cos we got nothing to shop... but we continue to shop in airport~~~

our luggages.... alot!! the main luggage was 28kg. tag with heavy!! one oversize baggage and a backpack..... too much things...

checking in....... going back to our home land. thats where we belong!
