I cant fall asleep

Its 0340 hours..
My eyes are still wide open..
My mind is still thinking and doing reflections of myself...
Just couldn't sleep.. Tossing, turning, twirling and twisting doesn't seems to help... Guess i really sleep too long in the afternoon~
** giv me a break from my stupidity and no toying.. Please** only i understand this phrase.. This is for my future references on how i am feeling now.. =)
