Shutting off

I was talking to Veron today. Suddenly emotions run deep in my thoughts.
I had the feeling of shutting myself off.
I got the urge to go to somewhere.
The place I long to visit again.
But I delete the thought away as I was still being hopeful.
Maybe she is right, friends are shoulders for us to lie on when we have problems.
But I just can't see myself doing it. I just like to keep everything to myself.
I kept the weaker side of me, somewhere and somehow.
Keeping the forever-cheerful side of me wherever I am.
