cheesy prata and joey's cooking lesson

this is the cheesy prata which i love. The stall is at Yishun and it is open 24/7.golden hour for having it is at 3am. wahahhah. they will give alot of cheese.
i tried to bring veron to go in the day. but the amount of cheese given in the prata is incomparable to the golden hour.
and of cos we are disappointed. therefore a few days later, we met there at 1am plus to have it again. but the amount of cheese is still not that much compared to golden hour. so next time go during the golden hour... whahahahaha
so now its time for Joey's cooking lesson..
today recipe: steam 3 egg with minced pork.
ingredients: 4 chicky eggs, 2 century eggs, 2 salted eggs, $2.50 worth of mince meat and water
step one: separate the salted egg white and egg york. squash the egg york till small pieces
step two: beat the chicky egg and the salted egg till it is well mixed
step three: cut the century egg into some cubes.
step four: marinate the pork with soya sauce, pepper and corn flour.(amount of your liking)
p/s: need not add soya sauce into the eggs as the salted egg has enough flavoring =)
step five: mixed everything into a plate and stir till it is well mixed.
step six: add in 1/4 cup of water and stir well.
step seven: steam it in a wok for 6-8 mins(time differ with the depth of the plate)
tadaa.. you may now enjoy this with a bowl of rice. Hope you guys will like the dish. try it out when u got the time...

meet up with kelly, sunny, lisa, siew xiang, veron and francine for a small meeting for the big day of lisa's.
we had some plans on how we are going to tease the groom.we have to materialize it soon by doing all the printing and decorating.lisa is so lucky to have her sister to help her out.after much discussion we had a small updates on how things are going on for the rest.
and what happened to different cliques.
time is really zooming pass us. everyone is settling down. kinda scary as its seems to me that the night before we were in secondary school and living life like there is no tomorrow. but now some of them will be upgrading their status from miss to mrs. they will be changing their lifestyle to suit the other half and grow old together..
i wonder what lies ahead for the rest of us? still searching for the path to take or have we already found the path? well, its still a question mark for all of us to look forward to.....

i have found the nicest cheese prata!
they uses mozzi cheese...
although it cost 3bucks.
but it definitely worthwhile!!

the new iphone is out.
heard from the news. there's ppl who queue for it as early as 9am.
kinda crazy.
i dun think it will run away if u buy it a few days later or so.
whats the diff with u getting it immediately?
no one will know that u are the first one to get hold of it.
no one will say that u are so tready
everyone will maybe say that you are crazy.
so will you be so crazy to queue early in the morning just to get something?
be it technological stuff, food or books?

went to the theme park and i got these toys back!steady and buay steady together.... guess who is who ba. i would not annouce.hahaha
i got the dolphin back by throw a token and it went into the small red circle. and TADAA winner winner!!!
the other two bears which we got by fishing for rubber duckie....
these two are given to other girls in the group as well....
and i took the dolphin back...

i am back.from my genting cum kl road trip.
this is an educational trip!
we sing songs in KTV and played ride in the theme park.
had fun screaming in the viking and roller coaster.
den we went down to KL for some shopping!
i got alot of gifts for the girls and hope they like it.
i got myself a top and an adidas jacket.
i did my hair too. change a new style and colour as well..
cos of this we stayed another night in KL.
ops. hahhaha
we stayed in a guest house.
room of ourselves but a shared bathroom downstairs.
its a nice experience but i love it. trying new things.
didnt like to always stay in hotels. thou its comfy
but giving it a shot on how the locals live is then something worth to try.
i will come back to KL again and stay in guest house for sure!
hahhahaha
