Actually there is nothing much happening to me.Nothing nice to watch on TV.
Internet start to become boring, finish playing the games and nothing to view.
Weather is getting freaking weird. Rainy in the day but warm during the night.
Great weather to sleep in the day instead of the night.
Been showered with uncountable care n concern over my neck. Its getting better and i can start munching on bits of heaty food. The first thing i ate was KFC. It is still the best! But I am still refraining myself from cold drinks. Hoping that I will recover fully but my hands and legs are still icy cold. What to do? Listen to the chinese doctor's advice and do the massage nightly.
Be a good patient.

Recipe Time cum Team BBQ session

Are you always thinking of how people make beautiful cupcakes? Be it for giving it as a gift or having it as your birthday cake?Well today on Chef JoJo's recipe, I am going to share with you on a recipe which I learnt with my friends from Baking Bible. ( They got fabulous cake PICTURES. hahha.)
So today we are going to try on making CUPCAKES!
Ingredients : 125g of butter, 2/3 cup of castor sugar, 1 cup of plain flour, 2 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of milk and 2 eggs
Steps:
1: cream the butter and the sugar.
2: add in one egg at a time. blend in well.
3: add in the flour (do siff it)
4: add in the baking power and milk
5: u are ready to bake! this recipe is able to make 24 cupcakes.. ( we made 39 small ones...)
6: remember to preheat your oven to 190 degree celcius.
7: Baking time required is 10mins.

This is how it looked while baking... 2nd batch was the only one which the shape of the cake is werid. Cause we are talking bad things. Remember when we were yound and our mother were steaming "发糕", they always reminded us not to say the wrong things if not it will turn out badly. It was really true indeed thats why our 2nd batch didnt come out nicely.
So with our beautiful end result.
This is not the end of the recipe. I am passing down the recipe on how to make beautiful icing.
Ingredients: 1-2 Tablespoon of warm water, 1 teaspoon of butter, 150g of icing sugar, colourings( of your liking) and cocoa powder (if u like it, we love it).
Steps:
1: mix the butter and warm water well
2: siff the icing sugar
We separate the mixture into three bowls as we wanted different colours. We got green and red.
In each bowl drop a droplet of the colouring into the bowl and mix well. And for chocolate, we add in 2 teaspoon of powder in and mixed well. And now you are able to use the icing and let your imagination run!
So this is my end product! Pretty? hahah
Night BBQ at Huimin's house. Team gathering. I love it. I did the marinating ( anyhow add lol) of the chix wing and port chops. got good comments. Luckily it didnt turn out badly.
Nice food we got there! Plus some sponsorship of 2 red wine, 1 martini, 24 cans of Tiger and curry chix. YUM!

What have you heard?have you been eavesdropping? while walking? on the train?
well, i caught Overheard in the cinema.
It was not as good as expected.
Most of the show is abit the 3 actors and how they solve their prob in hand.
Not much of the technical side thou. I am more looking forward to more technical side of the show.
Although it doesn't match my expectations, but I understand that their job is quite tough too.
Integrity must be there...
i give it 3 stars out of 5.

An ending and a beginning of a chapter

Today marks the end of Lisa's chapter being Miss Foo but it is also the starting of a new chapter for her as Mrs Koh.The dinner had ended and now i am at home blogging. It was a fun night as there were alot of Secondary School mates who attended and we had fun sharing what has happened around us.
Being an emcee for the first time is thrilling.
Shall post more tomorrow instead cause I am feeling tired.

Happily married off as Mrs Koh

Our newly promoted Mrs Koh..
Envious? Then get married soon. Haha
We had a tiring tiring day. Help to do the last minute decorations and collect ice from Siew Xiang's coffeeshop.
Alec arrived at around 0730hrs and there we start the gate crashing games. In all there were 6 brothers to help Alec with all the obstacles.
The first thing they did was to burst the balloons to find the slip of papers that lead them to the various games. They have chosen to play "Da Si Xi" first, whereby they have to dip their foot in a pail of hot and cold water to find the mahjong tiles so that they were able to form a " Da Si Xi". But of course guys are guys, thry play cheat by putting some of the ice into the pail of cold water or using their hand to grab the tiles out. We, girls were generous enough to let them cheat. Haha
Next they had to put on make up on the brother's face. Easy? Of course not! Two brothers were chosen by us to stick on fake eyelashes togethet with fake makeup. The brothers were spontaneous in playing the games. Luckily they didn't just sit at a corner and waited for the auspicious time for the groom to come in.
This was not the end! The guys have to lick ice to find the key which is hidden inside the ice block. We, girls were naughty. We didnt freeze any of the real key. We gotta trick the groom and pass down the message to him that it wasn't an easy task to marry a girl.
In exchange for the key, we requested Alec to sing a love song to Lisa and he did by singing a song will only lyrics of " I love You". Haha . Okay, we let him passed and gave him the real keys.
He rushed to Lisa's room but its locked. Because we wanted him to propose to Lisa. He kneeled down and started proposing to her by saying he will take care of her and ask her to believe in him. Through phone, she said " Okay" . Haha ( thought she will say " I do").
Finally he got the keys to the room and got his bride. Then we proceed to the groom's place, his uncle's place to pray and back to the bride place. It was tiring and halfway through the girls were getting restless. Nevertheless, we still enjoyed ourseleves. Especially myself cause it was the first time being in the sister group.

The big day

Early in the morning 0330 hours, am up and refreshed to get ready for lisa's big day!!After so much preparation done,finally the day has arrived. We had a busy night yesterday where we prepare the games to be played and some little decorations. Great thanks for N for blowing the balloons, sticking them up and not forgetting bursting of balloons and hurt N's lip.
Shall post more later.. Going out to fetch Sunny and Kelly.
I am more nervous bout tge dinner tonight as I am the mandrain emcee. Wish me luck!

a day for me to clear things up

Today is a relaxing day for me. Iwoke up at freaking 3 in the afternoon and start sticking my eyes on my computer. So at 6plus, I un-glue my eyes from the computer and un-stick my butt on my sofa. I got myself up to pack my cupboard and drawer. This is a target which I set a few days ago. So I had accomplished this target by 7.15pm.my cupboard before starting to unpack. My cupboard is filled with clothes. I got to stop myself from buying. I think these clothes can last me for a few years?
got everything out from the drawer n cupboard. it can easily fill up the whole queen size bed of mine. messy messy.
pack the first layer for my cupboard. from clockwise I introduce: my jeans, my shorts, my home shorts, my home tees, my boyfriend shirt for bed, new aries undies, my stockings(which I dont wear now) and my short mini skirts. HAHA. one word. I like the way it is place now.
Next I pack the ones to be hang up. I hope my cupboard is taller. So the clothes wont cover the first layer below. But no choice, have to be contented with this. I place my teddy bears to the top portion of my cupboard. A photo frame of my beloved and the photo albums. I threw away the piglet bolster and a small piggy. HAHA. I only kept those which meant more to me.OPS.
my drawer which is so beautifully neat. hahah. I wonder this neatness can last for how long? hmmmm
After all the packing, sat down on the sofa again. blogging this post and enjoy a mug of cold papaya milkshake. YUM! my favorite!
