CGH specialist appointment

This afternoon, I went to the appointment at CGH with the specialist to treat my right heel.
Thinking that being early or very early will be the first one to get to see the doctor. But I was wrong. I reached there at around 1pm ( my appointment was 2.40pm =)), did my registration at the counter and was informed that the doctors will only be back at 2.15pm. So i gotta wait for more than 1 hour. MY GOODNESS.

So I stayed there and waited for time to pass. Finally the time has arrived and slowly patients increase and the doctors were slowly coming back from their lunch break. Happily I waited for my number to be called. But I waited till 3pm but my number aren't called yet.

Thus I learnt my lesson, do not be early but to go on time instead. Waste of time as I am deprived of a good sleep to prepare for work later at night.

In the end I get to see the doctor at 3.10pm. He did some regular checks and examine my X-ray. He said inflamation on the tenderlions and the muscle have move into the bones area thus causing hurt. He gave me medicines and cream to apply. But thats not all, he is sending me to physiotherapy for pain relief. Hmm so werid first time, I heard of this. But just go cause I dont want to lose my ability to run.

i guess my blog needs some lil updates of my ongoing lifestyle.

its going whirlwind. time pass off in the speed of light. here goes...

Spending quality time together with ppl you love is such a bless.
Singapore flyer is a definitely must go tourist attraction for Singaporeans as well.
I went at around 1845hrs. I felt it was the best timing to go there. as you can see the day view, dusk view and alil bit of the night view. Everything in one.

Spending a night away boozing and listening to live band is such a light heartening session for those who finish a day of work.
Such an relaxing thing to do.

Dance my Wednesday night away, popping down shots and smiling all the way. Great companion! Forgetting everything happening around me. Craziness Party.

Xmas dinner with the favorite people, its a BOOMZ. laughing, sharing and exchanging. Its the best moment for me. Snapping through our dinner away as our favorite pastime ever! Love!

Spending 80% of my other time in the high society so as to earn the moolah for all the enjoyment. Its so fun and such an enjoyment with such beautiful people around me where we try to complete every task and objective together with no grumbles heard!

So now 2009 is going to an end and I am celebrating and jumping for the arrival of 2010 excitedly and eagerly! Thats when all misery will end and joy will arrive in the mid of 2010!

Food was fabulous at NYNY! I even had a nice dessert.
Lake Choco which consist of melt choco that form the lake, fried goreng pisang with strawberries and ice cream. Didnt know goreng pisang can match that perfectly with chocolate! I love it!

Cant wait for the next gathering....<3 toilet girls!

nice name i give to them?

it was her wedding on 12 dec 2009.
so before that we went to New Asia Bar on 10 dec 2009 for a Hen's and Bachelor's party together!

its a great time together with the girls and guys where we laugh and chat!
the view was fabulous too.
the amount of money spent is worthwhile for the spectacular view!

the next morning I woke up early for work which is at 6am..
den finish work at 4 reach office den prepare to go out with my head to entertain some UK ppl for official business.
Its a great experience.

after that I reach home at 11 plus, bathed and prepare to go out to rachel place to prepare for her wedding...
reach her place and prepare all the stuff and did our make up n hairdo...

and at 530am , roy arrived at her place and the things started to roll...
the girls doze off the moment we hit the car. hahhah too tired.

and everthing ended at 10 plus near 11am.

thats around 30 hours without slp!
reached home bathed and tadaa fall into deep deep slp!!

I love to makan tido berak! hahah

Just finished a long weekend.

Had my H1N1 jab on tuesday afterwhich my flu full blown and cause me getting real sick.
got an medical cert and absent for work for 2 days.

Going to get myself busy to my colleague's wedding cos I am one of the sister.
Jennifer's wedding is round the corner too.
Roy's wedding clashed with Jennifer's thus I cant go to his. I am so sad...

I am looking forward to Xmas celebration with the girls<3 and colleagues.
This dec will be a busy one.. =)
