Fishing!!

Had my first fishing experience yesterday...

It was so fun!
We caught 5 lobster and a few soon hock!

Guess where we fished?

Its at xiao guilin!
Can u imagine?? I could not at first.
Who will fish there?! Will there be fishes over there in the first place??

But i am totally wrong!
There is!!

The "fight" is not so feirce as the fishes are not very big as what u see in the market. Its probably a baby one..

So we lure them with bait by placing it infront of them. So they just grab and i just hook them up. So exciting!

We will be going to other place and try fishing..

Well, heading to V4 and zouk now:)

Firstly, i got my best gals to celeb w me a cozy and heartwarming steamboat which money cant buy, tgt with their family;)
Secondly, this year all my bday present are crazily expensive.
D gt me a ipad!
Sq n wl gt me an ipad cover from BCBG Maxazria which cost a bomb!
Willie and haoyong gt me a bottle of whiskey each which cost them $178!
Totally love everything they did for me...
Thirdly, a family dinner at canto kitchen that is fabulously enjoyable and tasty!!

Really very thankful to them...

Ever since school started, i didnt have a good night sleep. Either i slpt late trying to make my assignment paper or thinking through what the lecturer taught.

It sort of gave me some stress to my life. Study really made my life seem alil busy.

2 weeks of lessons jus zoomed past. Left 4 more lesson before the next term starts for another 6 lessons and the exam week will kick in.

Before exams, i will have a relaxation trip to unwind and get uber ready for my exam..

my first term for my year 1 started!

for the first lesson, i brought the wrong books for lesson.
it was suppose to be social science and i thought it was psychology.
bleahz!

all due to i never read the timetable properly.

so every week for the first term, i have 2 lessons.
i have 4 assignments on hand...

i have sort of completed 1.

the tutors are fine. gave alot of examples.
especially for social science.
that made me interested in that module.

all in chinese... but i translated it...

on the house phone.. and i was still sleeping.

mum: don't cry. what happened? talk slowly. what bleeding? okok.. you talk to your sister.

mum woke me up at the same time and she pass the phone.

me: talk slowly. who beat you. where are you?

sis: i cannot say where am i. later he beat me again. i pass the phone to the person.

me: ok.

male: hello, i just want the money. how many ppl are at home?

me: 3(i fake, cos i dun wan to reveal so much to him)

male: ok. so who will call shots? your mum or you.

me: my mum.

so i passed the phone to my mum. while i tried to contact my sister thru her mobile.
unfortunately, her phone could not be called thru. tried a few times but still not able so we thought it was real.

luckily after all the calling and checking, we finally contacted my sister. she was safe and sound. it was really a scary moment. i thought i was to lost my sister just like that. i am still trembling now as i recalled the incident.

after cooling down, my mum and i talked about it. Recalling back, there is alot of loopholes.

i think when people gan chiong, we cant think clearly cos it's a big matter....

must importantly, my sister is safe and sound. treasure loved ones....

Ktm tanjong pagar... Into the history..

Very happily im part of that history too..

Took the very last train back to singapore.
Nearly unable to make it cos the 9pm train was cancelled. Luckily we were still able to buy the 810pm train back at 8pm over at jb sentral. Phew!

These lotsa reporters. Everyone was very high in the cabin. Shouting, talking and taking pictires.

Bukit timah substation was vv crowded. Ppl taking pictures of the last train coming into tanjong pagar and last train out of tanjong pagar.

Personally, im going to miss it. All the late night suppers, the crackers, the chilli and most importantly the atmosphere. Thanking ktm for giving such a beautiful memories.

Goodbye to the station and hello to future high rise buildings....

I had a bad bad nightmare!

I dreamt of my dad.. Not about him being dead in it but him having another family.

I was so agitated in the dream. I pinch the woman's face in front of my dad and ask him is she the reason why he didnt reply my msg?! Cause in real life, i sent him a msg to wish him happy fathers' day.

Hope its just a nightmare...

5hrs~ worth it??

Thats the number of hours i spent waiting to cross the causeway to malaysia on 4 june 2011!!

Went tog w siqi n waileong where we suppose to hav a movie marathon.

Met at 1030am and we reach woodlands causeway and the jam was hideous!! It jammed up till woodlands ave 3!!! So we changed our course of route by goin in thru 2nd link.

Clearing the tuas sg cuatom was a breeze but half way of the malaysia custom It was already badly jam.

Total 5 hrs were spent! Its all due to the introduction o the biometric thingy. Its super mafan!! Need to get out of the car and scan both of our index fingers!!!! So that slows down every cars!

So we gt in only at 3 plus and reach our lunch destination at 4 plus and all of us were famished!!

Domino was our lunch. I can say its vvvv nice!!! I had double decker beef pepperoni. Where there are 2 thin slice of pizza on top of each other and cheese were in between. Its fabulous!! There aloha chix is great too!! The crust is so fluffy and yum!! Im still salivating while typing this... Hahaha. You guys should go try it too!!

After which went to jusco to get our movie tics. Upon reaching, we were greeted by a loooong queue for it. Damn!! All the shows were so full so in the end we only caught kungfu panda:( but it was a awesome movie!! Catch xman and hangover another day.. With the citibank one for one deal, one tic is jus merely 3 bucks!!!!! Cheap!!!! Hahaha.

Gt a novel for myself, and dickie gt himself one too. Gonna enjoy our books:)

So do u think the 5hrs of jam is worthwhile?? Definitely yes for me!!

I received my student orientation for SIM.

Chose my course for this term of year 1.

My classes will be on Mon and Tuesday respectively.
the first 6 weeks will be more tiring
and the second 6 weeks, i will be having only 1 lesson on tuesday..

exams will start be on 14, 15 and 22 of Nov =)

I just permed my hair!!
Yesh! Finally!!

Waited for a year for many reasons; hair not long enough, hair not healthy and many more.

The wait is over! I did a korean perm. The wave is natural. Big wave curls.

Today i spent 20 mins to set the hair. So nxt time i have to wake up even earlier to do my hair.. Dont wanna waste momey so gotta let the curls last longer..

from my title do you know wad i did today?

i guess its too broad...

together with SiQi, Waileong and that banana, we went sim ming prawning.

out of 3 hours, we caught merely 9 prawns!!

9! NINE! very corrct, you guys didnt see wrongly..

the whole place was so quiet, not much a catch for everyone else.
the fun was no longer there.

but the company was great. laughing, drinking, talking and yawning. hahhah

this morning went over to the CBD area. I had my lunch at UOB Plaza's The Salad Shop.

1 salad consist of 6 kinds of sides and 1 main veggie to choose from the form.
it cost 8 bucks! when my salad arrives, my friend and i felt that its cost price is only 2.50!
WTH!!!

their fruits platter for 1 person is 4.5, freshly squeezed juices is 4.5 for a small cup, ready made macaroni salad is 4.5. the price is on the high side as compared to other places.

but their business is superb! they have already 10 plus staff working in the place.
most of their customers are angmos and shocking to see was 60% are males!!!

SO HEALTHY!! enough to keep them full MEH?!

at the newly renovated LIDO=)
the aircon was blasting. its definitely great for a hot temperature now.

we caught fast and furious 5.
it was awesome!!
very nice! action packed right from the start till the end.

waiting for time to pass... so we are cam-whoring.....and words with friends at the same time!

Had a late dinner at modesto over at elizabeth hotel.

Both of us dressed in man u jersey. Kinda uneasy feeling cos the restaurant is singapore's arsenal fan's turf.

Upon reaching was stroke vs arsenal. End score was 3-1... The fans were cheering, singing and shouting. It was defimitely so much nicer to watch here as the atmosphere was damn high.

Apart from that 2 large screen that was showing the games. Their food is definitely good too. I had their pizza and a mexico beer. Nice!!! U guys should have modesto!!

Now i am catching man u vs chelsea. I wan man u to win and to secure the title! Chichatiro without fail score the first goal within 1 min of the start of the game!! Bravo!! 60 plus earn from Sinapore Pool!!! Always go legal:))

time flies in a blink of an eye.

that's is the end of the GE rallies.

Announced in end of april about the govt being dissolved and the polling date.

everything just happened.

I, myself was very busy. but i am having lots of fun during this period which most ppl does not.
never feel a bit of tiredness. its all worth while.

kinda felt that i want more! hahaha.
love the working schedule. no rest day is definitely ok.
because the environment, the people and the boss made everything feel so at ease.

eating out everyday made me bored of food actually. didnt know what to have for dinner.
misses home-cooked food. (wondering if D's mum is cooking tml? miss her cooking. teeheee)

i got alot to update esp photo in fb but didn't have the luxury to surf the net for a day.

- yong xiang left our warm family of this high flying society and went out to venture on greener pasture. will definitely miss him. never thought that he would left. will miss his smiles, his trademark of double thumbs up, his jokes and etc. but i am sure we will have frequent gathering at his house =) well, all the best is all i could wish for him =)

- kenneth is also leaving. well, nothing much to say bout him. just good luck and hope he will change for the better.

OH YA.

gotta update on the belated lisa's bday lunch and <3 chat with veron over some drinks.
i think i will have alot more time for myself after everything is settled after the 7 may. hopefully =)

Had a tiring but fun day..

Annual bowling was held... Even though i didnt play but i totally enjoyed the company, laughter and joy. I was totally emersing in the fun. It was a short day for official event.

Left around 3 plus and headed town with D. Had our early dinner at sg flyer. Its a food court but its styled like the 60s in sgp. Food cost much expensive then the norm. But its totally worthwhile!

Drove over to marina square and walked past the ufo machines and an eeyore caught my eyes! We tried using 30 bucks but failed. So many times we got it. The toy was too heavy and the claws were loose therefore it cant withstand the tension. Its suppose to b mine!!!!! Hope i can see it selling out there:( or maybe anyone care to help mi?

After all the heart racing ufo catcher games, we walked... Marina sq.. Suntec.. Raffles city.. Legs were totally giving way soon. Shoulders were aching due to the heavy bag of mine..

Got bored and decided to catch RIO. Its nice!! Very nice!! Its about a bird from brazil who was caught by bads when it was young..... Please catch it yourself... I dont wanna spoil the fun:)

Well im tired. Gotta slp... Not enough slp. And i lost my voice for 2days and counting:(

biggest scare of my life

woke up today 7.4.11

was awaken up by the sight i saw...

ants crawling on my dirty panties!!!

OMG!

first thought: am i diabetic?
second thought: OH SHIT!

was really scare. told dickie about it.
the whole day i drank bottles of plain water and avoid touching and sugary stuff.

at first, i thought of monitoring a few days.
but with the uneasiness i felt, i went to KTPH str after a soccer match.

luckily after the glucose test, i am normal. 5.3. phew!!
4.X to 11.X is in the safe area.

really place down the heavy stone in my heart.
so doctor just prescribe medicine for my cough.
as my throat is swollen and all red.

so got to eat antibiotic and many other medicines...

no cold drinks, no chicken and no fruits except apple till recovery....

lucky me! false alarm. but i still got to take note of my diet. =))

so if you guys has any illness go and consult a doctor asap!

had a new haircut in JB on 2 april 2011... took leave to catch hins concert over at rws at night.
so in the day we went over to jb to have a walk....

the curls are made by the hairstylist. its so nice!!! june i am going back to perm it!!
nice hairdo must take more pics... dickie love his new hair cut too =)
at night we met jessica and jonovan for dinner before the concert... walk around and took pics...
explore the new store... candylicious. its so sweet inside! love it..!!

1st of april!

veron invited me to join her for agnes b showcase.
the fashionshow was alright. tons of ppl show up for it. the place is so cramped and the ventilation is not strong enough to keep everyone cool...

after the show ended. we walked over to ion to have our dinner. both of us were famished!
decided to have fish n chips from fish and co cos they queue is not as long as the rest.
cant finish it as usual as i find it vv oily. although i eat it along with lotsa of garlic (i had a total of 3 saucer of it haahah)
veron wanted to go balaclava since it was at suntec. but it has moved to ion since 2010? so we paid a visit there. no more live band. but they are having promotion for 50% off drinks everyday for ladies! so more men will go there to spend money to see girls. hahahah a very happy day=) ended by troy sending me home. yipee thanks!

the starting of march was a busy month at work.
without any good rest.

luckily i flew off to bkk on 25 mar to get a breather.
was not really a breather actually cos was busy shopping, walking, spending at bkk.

i think i spent around 800 while dickie spent 600.. brought back many stuff mostly clothes....
heavy! luckily it was vv over weight. got 3 over size baggage to check in.

we went chatuchuk, huai kwang night market and platinum mall for shopping.

platinum mall is the place i surrender! we started from the top floor and upon reaching the first floor and first shop. i turned around to dickie and said: "let's go. i surrender!" hahhaha

they got really alot of things to buy.
we walked till both our legs sore!

food is fabulous as usual! our apartment is the best!! we are going bk soon for a week stay. hahahah!

flight there was CX, flight to bkk is overall ok. but flight back to sin is bad! full of ah tiongs! pushing and screaming from one end till the other. afraid that the flight will fly off without them.
CRAZY.

the trip was good minus off those ah tiongs..

planning a batam trip soon =)

another day 12.3.11 we headed down again to st james. finally it was the correct timing and date.
it was crowded!! waiting outside for the bouncer to let us in..... the waiting time is around 1 hour plus... hot day!
finally fish is singing to us!! she got nice voice.petite body and friendly personalitydinner time after the showcase... ministry of burger!! yum!! big portion but reasonable prices!

its been a month since i last blogged...

although i had the time but... jus dont feel like touching my blog...

a quick update...

had a tiring CNY this year as i am packed from day 1 to 4...
all full day program.

work is getting busy.
working schedule is changing....

thinking of getting the bukit panjang bto at segar vale.
inspected the location and in the end decided to give it a miss.
cos its really quite ulu.
driving to town is definitely further compared to yishun or woodlands.

celebrated cine's 25th bday.
gave her a surprise by buying her flowers.
she was stunned but happy =)

went to rebel for some enjoyment.
together with black, johnson, daniel and dickson.
well didnt drink cos i have to drive.
but i still enjoyed myself.
sweating myself out.
new place. average music.
there was a raid at rebel. first time kana.
good experience. the club on the lights, off the music and lock up all the exits.
but not like hkg drama whereby females on the left and male on the right to check our identification. well too much drama.

caught various drama be it from hkg or korea. currently i like the channel 8 9pm show, tales of 2 cities. it made me try to catch it every day, if not through the internet.

going to get prepared to pack my stuff and bring dickson n I to bkk for a 4 days trip to relax ourselves. planned our itinerary where we will venture out to alot of new places. so do look out for that bkk post in the later date...

tml i am going to catch fish leong at st james with veron =)
so am going to rest earlier =)))

It's CNY eve! i am excited but i am sort of tied down at work..

so pray for the best. althou i am at home now.

before the new rabbit year starts, lemme share what happened during the last month of the tiger year =)

we had another road trip again with jeslin n william...
its so cold!! 13deg with heavy rain and strong wind blowing everyday.
making all of us shivering due to the coldness!!
but no matter what i had a great time!
drinks and games! most importantly shopping!!! but never buy anything. but company counts =))
rush back to singapore on the 27th to attend my cousin's wedding dinner over at peony jade..
food is marvelous!! can go try their food! thumbs up.

but i wont hold my wedding there......

well, these two were the events happened in the last few days of the tiger year...

It was sold!!!

Tequila met her new owner. Hopefully he will take good care of her.

It was so nice to see her on the road this morning. I guess she will be happy that she is able to have a run on the tar after so long being kept in the showroom.

I was at the junction talking to my friend and my eyes turn to another direction and i saw this white picanto and it was quite nice. So i take a glance at the number place. 7484. O the same number plate as Tequila. Den i got back my senses and see again... YA!!! ITS TEQUILA!!!! MY CAR!!!!

everything is the same. still look beautiful as usual. hopefully the new owner will like the spoiler which i spent a bomb on it. =)) and of cos riding it =)

New Year Eve

It was suppose to b a nice and enjoyable night.
but it was spoilt.

Had diarrhea before heading out in the noon to meet Stella, Shanique and fanny.
so i thought i am fine after the diarrhea.

once i got into the train cabin, i just felt coldness in my body.
so i thought nothing bout it again and bought a cardigan to cover myself up.

felt the hunger in my tummy but once i saw food on the table....
appetite is gone. had a few mouthful and that's it.

SMSed D to ask him to fetch me to go home.
so he came and picked me and brought me to see a doc.

its so hard to find a clinic open on this day.
even if the clinic was opened for business, the consultation was freaking high.
so i decided to go home and changed before i head to the hospital.
by then, my body was very weak, feverish and back was aching.

see the doc, did my urine test and got my medicine. but the doc got no explanation to my symptoms. So i headed back home, took my medication and slept all the way till the next morning.

felt better now. hopefully i wont fall sick again. this was not a good feeling =(
hopefully my sickness is taken away together with 2010 and health is brought back by 2011 =))

well, thanks to D for taking care of me. since my whole family is out of town either on business trip or holiday....

start my first half of the day in the office.
finish at 2pm and rush down to plaza sg to meet some of the whom i had not met for a few years.
the gift they got for me =)

i got them a body shop white musk gift pack and an aromatic therapy oil gift pack =)

Im currently taking a bus ride.
Going pass places where i went before while i was young. It just brought back many memories.

Remembering every morning in the weekdays, my whole family will be up and get ready for school or work. Mum will be the first to be awake and clean the kitchen, wash the cups and boil water before waking up the three of us to prepare for school. So at the same time while we are preparing, she will prepare our breakfast. After we are done, we will wake our dad up. After which, we will all go out together where dad will drive us to school and drop us one by one. My sis first for presbyterian high, me next for yio chu kang sec and my bro for raffles insititute then will be my mum for far east foral. Lastly, my dad will then go for his breakfast before heading back to his office.

Every weekend, my family will be our for breakfast be it in the market or restaurant for dim sum. In the noon, we will be out at different shopping centers and settle our dinner before we end our day.

Occasionally, my dad will bring us to different pubs or ktv for some relaxation together.

What a happy family. But it didnt last. It ended after i got into polytechnic. My parents got divorced. I cried at night but no one knew. Its just too hard to accept.

All i can say was, children were the one who was affected the most.

These memories can only be missed and it can never be back again.

Rapunzel : the untangled tale

Today mr D brought me to watch the movie which i wanted to watch.
well, i am a fairy tale person.
so u know that i am one who believes in happily ever after =)

brought up in a walt disney era where every story ended with the same ending which i am never tired of. its just so sweet.

rapunzel too, ended with my favorite ending which people can imagine how perfect and beautiful their lives will be in the future. isnt it nice? although it doesnt really happen in real life.

the animation was beautifully done! rapunzel's hair was perfect! it looked so real!! i can say eugene's hair too!!

the story is not the same as per storybook where eugene will go to the tower and shout "rapunzel, rapunzel, please let down your hair!"

this story has a twist in it which i like it. eugene stole the tiara which belongs to the missing princess and while on the run he found the tower to hide..........

well, go watch the movie yourself! ITS WORTHWHILE!

its was the annual sitex 2010

held over at expo.

head over there cause we had nothing better to do since it was our off day.
contemplating whether to get a gps for our future malaysia road trips.
be it to the up coming genting-KL road trip(yes! again!) or maybe try to head to Penang or even Cameron highland!

usually we use the Omnia GPS during our roadtrip. but D is going to throw his Omnia aside soon.
so we got to prepare. thus i decided to get a GPS.

compare around between Shinco, Garmin, TomTom. Papago, Wayway, Holux and Mobella.

Garmin is one of the best seller locally. Had a feel of it but it does not amuse me.
179bucks for a quite old model

Shinco is a brand i tried before on the road. Had a hands on again but it was still not vv user friendly.

TomTom is the best seller in UK and USA. reviews on the net and magazine was great. Thus, it actually sort of interest me. but once i touch it and i decided to say no. although its all bout safety but its not searching-POI-friendly. They were boosting about their TomTom Home which is something like the Itunes but I dun need to pay such money for such a thing.
199 bucks for a vv low budget model. totally not worthwhile.

So in the end i got Holux! after all the comparision. It got everything of garmin. connecting to the statelite was fast. routing was faster compare to the rest. It has junction view as well and 3D view.
179 for a somewhat middle range and new model.

got myself a tripod to play with and so nxt time need not ask ppl to take group pics for us. good for holidays =))

went back to sitex the next day cause my mum want to get a new television to replace the old Sony LCD which gave up on us after 3 years.

got a Samsung Series 5 37" for 1000 bucks. not sure if its cheap. but never mind. hahahahh.

i am going to get a new netbook next year to gear up for my studies. EXCITED!

nice couple. getting married after together for 10 years. a long long run. really envy.

both of them got to know each other since kindergarten and got together when they are in secondary school.

although there are ups and downs but i am really happy for them as they were able to withstand all obstacles which was there in front of them.

spent my day with veron where we catch a movie at PS.

Life as we Like it. nice.

actually wanted to catch social network.

but its still equally nice.

after that we went to raffles place to get her medication and had her money changed.

she intro me a mashed potato with nacho cheese bun. it was fabulous. so nice that i bought 8 back home. hahhah

took a train back to orchard for our dinner at skinny pizza.

it was yummy!! the crust was SKINNY!!

everything was nice.

they planted the cake without me noticing. it was sweet!

after asrina's sweet wedding, we went out to have some little shopping to search for my birthday present. cause he got no idea of what present to get. so off we zoom to vivo. managed to get something although i got nothing in mind to have.
dinner at jurong hilltop restaurant. a little surprised dinner location. he got the wrong turn and nearly sent me to jurong island. hahhaha. marvellous dinner. was so full after the dinner.
superb view after you finish walking up the spiral building and tadaaa a nice view. i wont say that its beautiful.
proceed home for cake cutting =)) this cake from bakerzin is nice! dark white chocolate with a hint of coffee taste

bored to the max. dunno where to go or what to do.

so we decided to head down to sing till our throat is burnt!

so we went to amk broadway get the K dinner package.

i can swear to you the package is super duper worthwhile.

sing from 6-10 pm which cost 18++
consists of 2 drinks per pax and a bento set from suki!!

i got the super premium set and D got the beef bento set.

mine is super worth it cos its rice wrap in an omelet with curry gravy and a huge tiger prawn which is deep fried and a chicken cutlet. i think it will cost more den 10 bucks if u eat at suki.

D's is normal food. hahhaha beef with rice hahahah

with this package you can sing and have your dinner. wad an enjoyment for 4 hours =))
totally happy.

the waiter didnt ask us to go other 10pm cos it was quite empty. we continue to sing till 1030... hahahah

today i learnt to sing quite a few songs and i am happy with it =))) hahahahah

manchester united is better alittle by winning the game. but should have scored the goal in the second half of the game instead. then i will have a feast the nxt day. arrrhhhhh...

At first wanted to go to little part 1 but it was closed and therefore decided to head to the canopy at bishan park instead.

Had some nice little talk with our food and drinks. Too bad there was no live band that night.

we went on our way to shop. suppose to spend 150 on sports wear...
so in the end i got 1 nike shoes, 1 adidas sport bra and 1 adidas street wear =)
he in the end got an oakley from vivo at 445. although its exp but it totally worth the amount.suntec really gave me a surprise. i was walking in to a specs shop to check out the oakley price of the model we just bought. (its same price) then i walk over to the ray ban counter. they were having 30% discount. after disc i got mine at 195!! cheap!!! happy!!!

Had my first appt with the specialist to review on my ankle after i am referred to ktph since it was nearer to my place.

My dearest veron suggested to accompany me there. Was delighted:)

Met her and walk over to the hosp with sweats drolling down from my forehead upon reaching.

Took the lift which convey us to the clinic. The surrounding was serene as it was still fairly new. Reached the clinic and was welcomed by its receptionist.

Registered and got my queue number. Walked further in and it was quite empty with countable patients. The wait was about 10mins to my turn.

Upon calling my number, i went it to the room and this was when my complain started. I got in the room and got out of the room in less than a minute. Veron commented that her butt was not even warmed up!

The doctor merely ask how was the pain, touched it, ask if it was painful and started writing. The best part was he ask me what can he do for me?! Shouldnt be the doctor telling me how he can help me in tackling it? All he told me was chronic illness and need to reduce activists.

Thanks doctor what a great advice was that when i myself is aware of it?

I was darn pissed off and after i was out in the waiting lounge, i speak loudly about what the doctor did so that other patients and staff could hear that.

Luckily my day was alot better with the compamy from veron and a surprise drop by at the clinic by mr D....

18 Sept had a mini-couple date with waileong and june =)

met over at cineleisure for our movie.
and before that me n D went over to Taka to get some mooncakes for our family.
this year, we got Conrad's mooncakes. (mum said its nice =])

after which we walk over to cineleisure and had our dinner while waiting for W&J.
(Laksa Yong Tau Foo is yummy which is located at the food court. SHOULD TRY!)

time for our movie.

brought a heavy heart into the theater cause I didnt catch the previous episodes and i know its kind of disgusting in some scenes.

what i can say is that that movie is disappointing! the storyline is moving away from the game. moreover, its like never ending for the baddie. the movie is like matrix instead.

there is sure to be part 5! I AM NOT CATCHING IT!

today was mid-Autumn festival. so i decided to have some thing good for our tummy.

we went over to Little Part 1 Cafe over at Jasmine Road.

the place was cosy and they have alot of choices of beers. NICE.

we ordered lotsa food!!

we had buffalo wings(10.90) as our appetizer and our mains were fish and chips(16.90) and salmon crepe(16.90).
its nice!!

but for buffalo wings is not really worthwhile as there is only 6 pieces.

i will be back soon!! i wan to taste their beers!

PS: veron, this will be the place which i will be bringing you guys there!!

the day before her wedding, we went over to the bride's place to prepare the stuff needed for the next day. we are going to have some exercise, waxing, drinks and ping pong balls =)

we made bitter juice. we cook some of it and blend the rest with it and mixed. together we added in some pepper =))
later at night, we head over to crown plaza hotel for her dinner =)
sweet memorable and cozy dinner =)

after cutting his birthday cake on his actual day, we proceed to have a dinner at dian xiao er a few days later...

the food was nice. i heart the duck! the skin is crispy to the max!

we had crocodile meat, pork rib, spinach with 3 eggs, fried rice and of course the duck!
YUMMY!!

the total bill was about 80 plus. so my sister and me paid for the bill.
i will be back for the duck for sure!

Aftermath of SYOG

After clearing syog, jobs started gushing in. Loads of it!!

So its the start of doing long hours again. But i love it! Although this means even lesser time with family, friends or bf. I dun mind cause quality time is uncomparable to quantity time. The lesser time we have together, the more we will treasure that short span of time together. Although not meeting as much as before, we know that we are always on each others' mind.

Managed to squeeze out time to dine with my family at dian xiao er as we were celebrating my bro's 21st bday. Food was yummy and at a vvv reasonable price.

Later in the morning 8am will be my fitness test. Hopefully i can pass it so that i got no more worries for this financial year:)

Upon clearing my fitness test, I will be gearing myself up as a sister and coordinator for siewxiang's wedding. It will be a fun but tiring day without saying.

After her wedding, I will be back in office the very next day due to manpower constrain. Well, work is important. Hopefully after F1 everything will slow down its pace to prepare for year end, unless something crops up.

Well, D was even busier than me. He got to go for bike course for a week then to another department for more tough training then back to team and then back to bike course. His working hours is totally different from mine. Meeting up was tough but we are managing well. He will fetch me from work, I wake up earlier to go office together or he wait for me to end work. When we got the extra time then we meet our friends for a meetup over at our workshop. Being with him was never bored, we will bicker like friends and "fight" with our yongchun fist. Haha. To talk bout D is never ending. Haha.

Nxt time I will post a post on a topic where ppl always ask me: you guys are so sweet, how u guys managed to do so? Haha. So long and gd nightz

the worst nightmare

i had the worst nightmare in my life a few days ago.

i dreamt of going to a holiday in the malaysia with my family and dickson.

in the midst of the holiday, my sister fall sick and fainted half way.
sent to the hospital and information was sent to us that she passed away...

i was so damn sad in my dreams. i was thinking what am i going to do.
i lost my sister. and i am left with my brother and my mother.

i had difficulty waking up from my dreams. it seems forever.
it felt so real.

i hope this will not come true.

I am currently so into this korean drama.

Im very in love with the lead actor. The character in this show and his style just made me fall very deep in. It nv fails to captivate my heart. For the drama, i can watch through the whole night just to see how the story goes.

You guys should catch it too!!

I got all the songs as well. Heard from my friend that A.N Jell will be coming to town for a concert. So wanna go. But its a totally waste of money unless u get the most exp tic and watch him upfront.

Shall get the concert dvd. I gonna watch his previous drama. I wan more of him....!!!

I think its the first time i cry so badly due to drama and pig head says im crazy.. Lol...

Totally Awesome Sweetness

Yesterday was my working shift while the Pig-head was having his off day.
As i was about to leave home and get the car from his MSCP, he called me asking where am I.
I said I am about to leave home to get the car. He actually offered to send me to office =)
Great! I got extra time to online and surf the net for a good 20 mins.
Reached office, we bid goodbye and off he went to visit waileong who was sick for more than a week. Hope he's recovering well =)

I finished work at about 8 and took the bus home. I was rushing back to catch the 9pm show as it was the last episode. Luckily, I reach my house bus stop at 8.45pm. PHEW! Gotta walk in bigger steps to be home just in time. The moment I reach home and sat on my sofa was 856pm. YEAH!!
Totally great timing!

After catching the show, i decided to go for a slow jog. A jog to give my right ankle a test if it still hurts when i run. i let the pig-head know that i am running and he ask me to take good care of my ankle.

So off i went for my jog, around the Yishun Park. The first 2/4 i was jogging and the pain slowly kicks in so the the next 1/4 I walked. The last 1/4, I started real slow jog and then I saw a familiar car and I take a look at the number plate as it was driving slowly, it was our car!! Its a surprise safety vehicle. It just brought smiles to my face while i continue my jog and he just quietly followed behind me to see that I am alright. =)

my lub lub came over to my place to fetch me after he finish his work.

and he drove me to catch the movie i wanna catch... GROWN UPS.

while waiting for the show to start, we head over to sakura international buffet for our dinner..
love their durian penyet. i wan more durians!!!!

ok to the movie.....
it was dry at the start and due to tiredness, that lub lub doze off.... many many times... hahhaha

at the back was much more funny but i guess it was not as good as what i thought.
well, i think its better to catch it online than to go to the cinema to catch it.

after the movie, we drove over to our car workshop to meet the guys and at bout 1 plus we change our location to newton circle f.c. for some refreshments...

after that the need for speed kicks in..... well details is kept as secret hahahah.
end the game at about 5am and off we get our arse to KTM.
get our drinks and end our day =))

the amount of fun was unmeasurable. YEAH!

He's going to get me a hairdryer!!!

Went to philips to collect the atas vaccum cleaner which died after using it for a few years. Reason: motherboard spoil... Wth!!!!

After collecting, went to their store located just beside which sell most of its latest products. What shocked me is not the norm products like vaccum cleaners, blender etc. They have produce breast pumps, baby teething products, milk bottles etc!!!! Those were under the brand of avent. WOW!!!

So while shopping in the store, we saw hairdryers and i ask him to get one for me as i was talking about getting one for our room as i always wash my hair very late at night. He promised to get one for me!! Yeah!!! I will go to a major electric store to find one affordable one and of course the one i like!!!! Loves!!! I know he dotes me! <3

It was a belated bday celebration for miss wong..
this is also the last time to call her miss wong.
we are going to call her madam wong instead.
cause she is getting married with QC in Sept!

so excited for her!

so we had the bday dinner at NYNY.
got the cake from robertson quay Laurent Bernard.
its yum yum.
although some of them dislike blackforest. hahahha

after the dinner the 3 of us went to reddot brewery.
had some beer which they brewed on their own.
its of different colours.
i think the best seller should be monster green!

its a great time chilling out together.
More please! MORE!after the drinking session, my beloved chauffeur is here to fetch me =)
cause we arent suppose to drink and drive!

After the frightful temporary lost of my hard disk, i decided not to bring it out. I found out how important it is to me cause my growing up process are all in it.

Luckily the hard disk was really in my friend's lappy bag. Cant imagine if its lost!!

Currently im at cgh waiting very patiently for my turn. Reached at 1039am and the doc was serving patient whose appt was 1015am den serving a 1020am patient.. So damn slow!!!

Other doc were already serving 11am patients... Wth!!!!!

This is always the case!!! Hate coming to cgh!!!

NDP2010 aftermath and SYOG 2010

on the 10 AUg , i met up with my darling veron.
Brought her to the sail at marina bay for a nice dinner with the beautiful MBS and Sg Flyer as backdrop.
don't you feel its romantic? hahahah

after eating, i cant help but to say why not we go 313 for some forever21 maddness?

she was god-damn enthusiastic about it. although she was there with jill before she met me.
love her so much!

in the end we each bought a top at hula and co and at forever21 a blouse and v-neck top was bought by me.

i think i should shop reasonably every month. hahhahaha. i wanna burst my whole cabinet!

something to be proud about as its also a kind of marketing for the government to boost the tourism, with that it in turn help to boost the economy and churns out higher GDP.

Its my country's 45th bday!
Im happy and worried at the same time..

Happy for our independence and worried if there will be any unhappy event which will happen..

But my worry is gone now as everything went off smoothly.

My national day celebration started at 2330 of 8 august.

Had a huge meetup at sim ming and all cars proceed over to loyang tua pekong to pray for peace and safety.

The scene was WOW! All the big cars, fast car, tiong cars were there at the same time. The sound of their exhaust was so loud that i guess residents will complain. The numbers of cars made the junction jammed up. Spectacular!

Next we went to marina sq for supper while waiting for another spectacular show of sugar rush by others. It was another WOW factor!!

Finish the whole episode at around 530am and headed back hm and slept..

I slept the whole day till 530pm and woke up only for lunch. The timing im awake is just in time for the NDP..

The moment the commander shouted the command, emotions filled me. Frames started to flash out in my brain. The happiness and tireness which i experience during 2007 as the GOH. It was a very emotional moment.

I think "home" should always be the national theme song too. The moment the tune start, the feeling is so strong. The feeling of belonging, the feeling of patriotic rolls in and i will sing along without fail.

Well, i agree very much with the short clip shown in the parade. Sometimes we really took the safety of singapore for granted. We must do our part to make the country safe!

For now, i wish singapore all the best and always prosperous!

This was the first time after 2007 which i got a chance to watch it live on tv cos due to work commitment.

the start of "war"

the clock ticks and strikes twelve.

its 5th august 2010.... the day where leave freeze begins and i need to fight a "war"

hoping the end of august will come sooner.

so i think my blog will be left aside for dust to fill while i am out there fighting against time.
oh my god.. phew

2010 is indeed a very busy year for me. busy but entertaining and fulfilling.
finish my 4 days leave recently to unwind myself and prepare for this "war"

just finished our annual date for 2010.. this year was alil different from last year where we went sg flyer, paulaner and double o.

this year we went to mbs sky garden, paulaner and the wine company.
but this was not all, the crazy us drove up to kl for 3 hours just for the night market at cheras den we drove back to sg for another 3 hours.

first mbs skygarden was beautiful although it was very hot. but the scenery is nice.
den to paulaner for dinner n small booze. yum yum.
later we head to dempsey for some wine tasting.

now at cheras, we eat like the world is going to end...
we had..... assam laksa, baked bird egg, china burger, calamari, smelly tofu, fried champadak, meat balls.......

he just bought 1 pair of fake crocs for 10 rm...

well, me on the other hand bought..... 20 masks.... 6 nail polishes.... 1 screen protector.... 1 jumpsuit....

at giant i bought 2 baby wipes.... 24 hangers.....

he bought..... 4 packs of maggi mee... 1 wheel cleaner... 2 bags of tibits....

overall... i enjoyed myself very much....

January i am going BKK!!! shop till i drop again!!!
dinner with my dad n sister at xin wang.... its been so long since i saw my dad after new year.
know that my dad engineering business is growing well.
good for him.

happy that he bought himself medical insurance to protect himself. good!!

i guess i did.. didnt manage to squeeze out as much time compared to the past where i can blog so frequently.

I will be going to MBS sky garden for our yearly date.
last year D and I went to sg flyer then to paulaner and lastly to double O.

this year will be slightly same i guess.

veron jus shared with me her happiness. i am real happy for her to find someone whom is able to give all the loves she needs and someone whom both of them treasure dearly. its a difficult task. but they did it. they got my blessing and hopefully they will tie the knots early =)) i think they will... hahahah. a toast for T n Veron<3

Its been a loong time since i did an update here.

I was so damn busy with my course and when i got home, i just knocked out till the next day morning.

when i am awake, my eyes sting like a bee. i guess i am not used to waking up so early for office hour. cos i usually sleep till i automatically wakes up.

stress level was manageable. it was fun and exciting. bump into francine while i was eating snake at suntec hahahah.

the headache part was cracking our head when we embark in our end of course project.

well, it gonna end real soon. on this friday.

so hopefully everything will go on fine.....

being so busy while the course is on-gong in the day. managed to squueze time out on friday and weekend nights for pubbing and catching the world cup. phewww...

caught movie Indespicable Me. It was nice. I teared at the last part. well, i am very bad at these.
you have to catch it.

Karate Kid was good... drake was good at karate. good show i must say too!

OH ya.. just treat my family to a feast of crabs and someother stuff... share with u guys again....

yawn!! got to go... if not i guess my ears will be pulled... hahahah

i am quite exhausted from my work and settling the car matters.

i am starting my 2 weeks course tomorrow..
so i guess i will be more tired and need more rest...

but its still enjoyable cos over the last weekend, the birthday surprise i planned for went on smoothly.

veron was unable to pick loopholes out of it=)
i am sure she love it and this 24th bday will be memorable.

after celebrating her bday went over to mornington crescent for some drinking session.
met new friends and saw old friends =)

new was... adeline who was also from my pri sch, selina, annie and lawrence
old was.. ping shu and xiong jie..

Its the 4th day, im doing graveyard hours but i love it!!

Colleagues of mine felt tat we were still vv honeymoney cause we will still msn each other at work even if we were just some distance away.
Well thinking back when we arent together, we can msn the whole day.. Play online games together den meet up for dinner....we do have alot to talk...

Went on a long hual trip with my family....

its was fun with a group of nice ladies together in the group.

well pictures u guys have to go n see in fb...
dont feel like uploading into blogger...

it takes ages...

its kinda some educational trip cos i get to see alot of ruins belonging to the ancient cities.
turkey really got alot of history.

eye opening..

food is mostly cooked using tomatoes.
ITS NICE!
breakfast was not that nice but still edible.

i love the kebab...

overall its the food that is damn nice!!!!

ya.. PIG...
talking bout pig... its a halal country... no pork no lard... but i dun crave for pork...
i crave for more lamb n beef!!

i think i will be back... for the food... =))

had mac lunch and nuar at home till evening and we went out to catch a match.

while watching i braid my hair. i love braiding my hair now... finally i know how to do it on my own hair...
after which, we head to haji lane for some turkish food...
well, its doesnt taste the same as in turkey...
i guess there change the flavour to suits singaporean's taste buds.

we on f1 track to proceed to our next destination : Helix and MBS
beautifully litted lights...

the night is so beautiful in sg....

another side of the bridge wasn't done yet so he kaypo....
and i accidentally touched her butt... hahahahah..

they look so real while we were walking towards it.....

Yesterday I caught Killers with my hubby-to-be... ( i call hear someone saying: ..."SIAM LA" hahaha)

well. the actor was such a hottie..! the body was woolala!!
hhahaha.

near to the end it was gettting complicated but slowly after recalling the whole story.
I understand the whole plot.
and the blur man is still confussed about the story.

so in the end i explained to him.
and he finally understood it.

wanted to catch another movie cos we got quite abit of time to spare but it couldnt match nicely.
so we went over for KTV session but... it was full house due to the june holiday.
the earliest available timing was 1630hrs. which was too late...
guess can only sing next time.... =((

I was laughing my heart out.

the romance thingy really sets ppl to think if carrie should inform big bout the kiss.

samatha was really funny.
she is so horny for guys. any guys.
although she is at the age of 50...
but guys is still going gaga on her. so she is still hot.

i love charlotte, i think she is youngest of them all...
she is cute and places family in the first place.
her kids are unbearable! but the nanny was one hell of a hottie!
i guess the guys should be eating lotsa of ice cream and hoping that scene of her boobies will continue forever. hahhah

well if there's part 3, i am more den happy to catch it definitely...
i will marathon part 1 and 2 before i catch it =))

I know he is really down recently due to some unwanted things that happened.

hoping he can live each day happily and carefree just like before.

Its 0703 right nw at turkey...

Over at cannakale...

The sun rises at 5 plus... But the sun sets around 2030...

The day is longer den night...
But this is only possible in a fewer seasons except winter.

Yesterday went over to a museum and the blue mosque.

Took a 6hrs bus ride over to cannakale from istanbul...
The feeling was shoiok!!

Jet lagging thus the whole journey was sleeping time!!
Was really tired... Reached our hotel, had our dinner buffet , saw a beautiful sunset and off to bed...

Slept all the way till morning 5am...

Not forgetting using wireless to connect with my man:))

last year his birthday, i bought a Manchester United jacket for him and something big in his car.
so this year, i was thinking of what gift should i prepare for him.

thus... I made him a blanket. Although its not done by me... but I chose the cloth I wanted.
therefore together with Veron, we head down to Chinatown and hunt for some cloth =))
I bought two kinds of cloth.. one guy will be the guyish side and its really comfy
The other side, I got a cloth with "hearts and Love"prints.
on the day of his birthday , I took leave so that I got a day to prepare. Went down to Plaza Singapura to get the nicest chocolate cake which i had ever eaten.

Mum got this cake for me when I was celebrating my 23rd birthday =))
